What Causes Severe Pain In Ovaries Having Diagnosed With Tilted Uterus?

My ovaries have been hurting a lot for the past 6 months... I have gone to my obgyn and she did say that I have a tilted uteris and sent me to get a pelvic ultrasound I have not gotten the results back from that but the pain is only getting worse. Also I am on implanon for birth control so I don't think its due to a pregnancy. What do you think it is?
