What Causes Severe Pain In Rectum And Vagina During Defecation?

Hello, for the last 3 days I have had severe pain around my rectum but worst internally around vagina/ tubes when I have to defecate. The pain starts before but only a few minutes before, is worst during (makes me feel faint and nauseous) and around 30-40minutes after. The vaginal pain is similar to very very bad period pain. I believe I have hemoroides and was wondering if this is the reason for the pain.
