What Causes Severe Pain In Rib Cage Along With Difficulty In Breathing?

I had a lumpectomy surgery on Feb 18th,breast cancer ,developed a hematoma,but then got better in rt breast have had alot if back pain for 8 months middle back and getting worse and wright fsin,last night having severe pain on left side right around the rib cage ,painfull and hurts and feel terrible ,felt a lump on this side ,hurts to take deep breath tonight,don t know what to do
