What Causes Severe Pain In Scalp And Headache?

Hello,I am 57 yrs. old I have had severe scalp pain for 4 weeks now with severe headache non stop .Head and scalp pain without even touching it . When I put pressure on my scalp it feels puffy and swollen at different areas around my scalp . I have a history of fibromyalgia. I can t stand this pressure stabbing burning sensation at mt head and scalp area. I went to ER and a MRI was done it was normal.
