What Causes Severe Pain In Shoulder Blades Radiating To Neck And Head?

I have severe pain in both my shoulder blades pain radiAtes from shoulder to shoulder and my neck and head.also in front above my armpits,and goes down my sides almost to my waist and and spread from both sides to my sign also I have of money.
