What Causes Severe Pain In Shoulders, Neck And Back?

I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my right side only; shoulder, neck back, kidney area. I looked up fibromyalgia and it sounds like that s what I have. The symptoms also describe fatigue and walking around in a fog . I had no idea that was part of the same disease, but I am definitely experiencing that also. Is there a cure for that? And can that be accurately diagnosed?
