What Causes Severe Pain In Stomach And Genitals?

I believe that I may have been given a drug that caused harm to my sexual organs causing me great pain. I've have never had a problem but over the last few years it has gotten worse. I have had tests and even my gyn cannot figure it out. This started happening 3 years ago and I started to think about something that happened to me at work with a very disgruntled worker that I had written up. Very shady person nits only a guess but for a solid week at work I experienced terrible stomach pains like my whole stomach had turned over. This went on for a week but I didn't smell anything or eat anything unusual. I did at that time suspect something but could not pinpoint anything. It's not until 3 years later that I believe I was given some toxic poison that hurt me but I don't know what I can do to reverse it if any. This is a real question and very embarrassing in nature. I don't take any meds whatsoever and am completely healthy except for this sexual problem which my husband does not understand .
