What Causes Severe Pain In Testicle And Groin?

Hi, I m having pain in my right testicle and groin. It started about two weeks ago. However this evening it has gotten more painful. Is there anything you could tell me about this or what I might be able to take to help alleviate the pain. Thank You, David Groflo
