What Causes Severe Pain In Testicles Along With Pain During Urination?

Hi I ve been suffering with sciatica for nearly 2 yrs now but over the last few weeks my testicle has become extremely painful , I m struggling to urinate and when I do I can t feel when it stops, to poo has become painful also . Pain down right leg has increased and my right foot is going numb but very painful and sharp stabbing pains in my toes ... I m in excruciating pain at the moment and am struggling to move ?
