What Causes Severe Pain In The Head?

Hi, Last week i was in bed and something in my head just went pop then all crackly and gave me a severe pain in my head. Since then i have had bad pins and needles in my hands at random times. This popping has happened before and when it did i got a lump under my eye which swelled up and i had plastic surgery to remove. Whats wrong with me!!
