What Causes Severe Pain In The Throat Between Ear And Jaw?

yes thank you! im having this very unusual sharp pains inside my ear but they dont feel like the classic ear pain, is actually in btween the ear and teh very far back of the throat underneath my jaw in the right side ..it comes every few minutes and in a scale of one to 10 the pain is about 6..i never had this before...I have had an ear infection and this doeant feel the same...Is the only symptom im having no fever or nothing...i have been however having a lot of migraine headaches lately....i am a 45 year old woman. I hope you can shed a little light...THANKS!
