What Causes Severe Pain In The Vagina While Urination?

Hi doctor, I have become sexually active 3 months ago for the first time. The very last days I started having itchiness, pelvic pain, burning and stinging pain in clit when i used to pee.I also had sort of bleeding while penetrating so we stopped. Since then I have stopped being sexually active and waited for improving my condition. I waited for 10 days then visited doctor as it didn t go away. Doctor prescribed me for yeast infection. I got relieved upto 80% but I still had that discomfort pain in vulva. doctor found mild UTI and gave me antibiotics. I recovered after 5 days and it came back again after 7-8 days. Doc gave me another antibiotic which didn t work at all. Then I started having pain on my lower back and right side of pelvic area. Doctor made me do ultrasound and blood+urine test. blood and urinalysis came out normal but ultrasound caught ovary cyst. I will have treatment for that. Right now I do not have backpain at all. But its been 3 months I am suffering from this chronic sensitivity+pain in my clitorous and it increases after I pass my urine. Can you suggest me what I should do now?
