What Causes Severe Pain In Thighs Radiating To Ankles Post Hysterectomy?

Hi I have just had a LAVH with BSO im 5 Weeks post op but now have terrible leg pain from thighs to ankles (no swelling or redness), bad lower back pain, pain in my right shoulder, and a swelling directly to the left of my navel which is slightly sore also had a lump with a pulse moving around my left side when lying down any thoughts on what it could be?
