What Causes Severe Pain In Throat, Chest And Abdomen?

Hello, today I drank a few different energy drinks. I drank a full 500ml bottle of boost energy drink, then a bit more so altogether today i have had 750ml or 1000ml of energy drink. This was around 11hours ago. Just an hour ago i started to feel a bit of pain like under my chest where my diaphragm is and now it has worsened I have pain in my throat, terrible excruciating pain in my chest area and stomach. Please help
