What Causes Severe Pain In Upper Abdominal Area?

Hi I have severe pain in my upper abdominal just when I bend over it feels like stabbing pain then I stand at right up and I can feel it like it rolls back in place and sometimes I can see it happening, how ever today it happened while just sitting in my car
