What Causes Severe Pain In Upper Back?

today i had sever pain in uper center of back most all day then this evening blood pressure went really high 190-90-82, when its usually 135-70-66, is this something i should worry about? never had any back pain otherwise. BILL DID NOT KNOW THERE WOULD BE A CHARGE, NOT IN A POSITION TO GET MONEY, NO-ONE ELSE HERE
