What Causes Severe Pain In Vagina After Giving Birth?

i had a baby on sat 18 sept....i had a vaginal deliver with second degree tearing.....i had sutres done to the wound at 6 o clock but i have a few smaller ones at 2 oh clock...it burns so much when i pee and i feel so much heaviness and pain when i stand.... what can i get to help...am in alot of pain as we speak at the moment
