What Causes Severe Pain In Wrist Below The Ulnar Bone?

i have this pain on my wrist just below the ulner that would not go. when i flex my hand to the r ight, it hurts bad. i have placed it in a wrist aid for one year and its still painful. i noticed that apart from the prominent bone that is naturally at the base of my right hand ulner, there is another swelling below it.. dont know what else to do. i am thinking is TFCC but am not sure.
