What Causes Severe Pain In Wrist?

I had a radial heart cath almos 2 weeks ago to check my transplanted heart and my pan in my wrist is getting worse moving my hand and using my thumb is the worst and there is pain all the way up my radial artery it is painful to do everyday tasks should I be worried? My transplant clinic said it was just nerve pain but idk I am a 24 year old female
