What Causes Severe Pain On Right Side Of Navel?

Hello, I had a salpingectomy 5 weeks ago and had my left Fallopian tube removed due to hyposalphinx. I have had pain on my right side, near my tummy button which hurts a lot if pressed. I have had 3 lots of anti biotics since the op and have also been checked for a suspected appendicitis. I am very concerned about this pain as it does not seem to get any better.
