What Causes Severe Pain On The Side And Migraines When On Methamphetamine?

Yesterday before injeacting meth into my vein I've had a almost unbearable side pain for couple of days off and on.
Yesterday I injected about 25cc into my vein and another 6cc about an hour later and then came the kidney pain and massive headache migraine.. I'm still in a lot of kidney pain and can't move around to much what did I do to myself
