What Causes Severe Pain Under The Ribs?

Hello , I am 39yesr old female with crohns and on medication that I increase a pill each week(teva-azathioprine150mg). for the last five days I have had severe pain under my ribs. Like pressure that hurts when touched or pressed on. Also when I burp it hurts way more. walking seems to hurt with each step as the pressure of my guts moving hurts. Not sure if it is just massive gas or swollen something. I feel a slight bigger lump on left side but doesnt hurt more than the other, they both hurt equally, alot! I can t take ibprophine and tylonal doesnt seem to help or antacids either, what should I do?
