What Causes Severe Pain While Removing A Tampon?

just used a tampon for the first time and it really really hurt when i pulled it out.? i only used it for around 30 mins before i took it out but when i tried to take it out it was so unbelievably painful i got scared i wouldn t be able to. eventually i had to run a bath and get in and then i could finally ease it out. it was a really sharp pain and now I m worried i ll never want to use one again. has it got something to do with a weird hymen or something?
