What Causes Severe Period-like Pain With Inconsistent Bleeding A Week After My Period, Lasting For A Week With Pain Radiating To Hips And Thighs?

Good day, i have been experiencing what feels like really bad period pains but im not due for my period, its been only a week since my last period, ive always had my period for 9 days but i can feel that this isnt normal, i started bleeding its not consistent bleeding, one minutes it stops, then i spot and then i bleed a little more, its been going on for a week now and the pain hasn t stopped, the pain even radiates through my hips and thighs and im not on any birth control and haven t had sex for about three and a half years.... Please assist.
