What Causes Severe Radiating Pain In The Breast?

I thought I had pulled a muscle in my rt breast. but the pain has been floating to different parts of the breast for nearly 3 weeks now.. I sneezed earlier today and I thought the boob was going to explode. it now hurts to move, breath carry anything, lean over.. im beginning to think its not just a pulled muscle?
