What Causes Severe Shoulder, Lower Back And Hip Pain?

50 yrs old female with Hashimotos, severe shoulders, lower back & hip pain. Taking levoxyl 88, cytomegalovirus 5 and klonopin for bad insomnia? Orthopedic after reviewing MRI thinks lupus latest ANA 1:320 Homogeneous previous was 1:128 homogeneous, previous 1:80, RA Factor 9, CRP 0.6, anti DNA DSA negative, ENA negative. Did a 6 day pack of prenidsone and felt no pain or aches for the first time in over a year, now 4 weeks later the aches and pains are coming back. My primary doesn t think anything is wrong. Can t get an appointment with rheumatoid doctor for a month, my sister has lupus, RA and sjorgens. Any opinions? Thank you
