What Causes Severe Skin Sensitivity In Thighs, Groin And Lower Back?

I am having severe skin sensitivity to my anterior thighs, groin, stomach, lower back, and both buttocks. I also have difficulty getting up out of a chair with a lot of pain to hips and groin. Very tired but not sleeping well. I wake up several times a night. I can barely stand my clothes to touch these areas. Especially the pubis and groin area.
