What Causes Severe Stiffening Of Stomach?

I have had sudden and severe stiffening of the stomach, like a muscle cramp or something I've never had it before, it came on suddenly and now has travelled also to the right side of my upper leg. It's very painful, and can hardly walk. What could this be?
