What Causes Severe Sun Burn On Leg Along With Muscle Pain?

Hi. I have a pretty severe sunburn on my legs and it seems to be causing me an unbearable amount of muscle pain the likes that I have never felt before. The burn is 4 days old now, there doesnt seem to be any swelling but I literally cannot stand up and stationary for more than maybe a minute without collapsing. Help?
