What Causes Severe Sweating On The Scalp?

I am 47 years old. I take Perindopril for blood pressure,propranolo for migraine and Cyclo-progynova (HRT). For about 12 months now my head sweats all the time even when it is not hot and if I go out in the sun my face goes bright red even in the winter.
