What Causes Severe Sweating On Thighs, Stomach And Chest?

Hi, I am 27(female) for about a week now i have been waking up in sweats on my thighs,stomach and chest(the sweat it self is quite a light layer). I find it extremely weird as i hardly sweat even on how days. I am perfectly healthy woman..but this is not ordinary for me.
