What Causes Severe Swelling In Left Testicle After Heart Surgery?

2 months post surgery to replace aorta valve & double bypass, left testicle is extremely enlarged. Was treated for extreme swelling in extremities post surgery. Am still on LASIK & spironalactone. Had prostectomy 4 years ago for prostate cancer. PSA done 1 mth before surgery is .0. Am a diabetic, 64 yrs old & concerned. Is this unusual? Am in cardiac rehab. Blood sugars are great.
