What Causes Severe Tiredness Along With Sleepiness?

Hi often at work I get overwhelmed by tiredness.It s so extreme I actually start drifting off to sleep.It s a real struggle to keep my eyes open.I happens at different times of the day. Wondering what might cause this.I don t feel sick.I do have a fibromyalgia diagnosis.
