What Causes Severe Vaginal Discharge And Pain Which Disappears After Raking Amoxa?

I have a very bad discharge no smell not a yeast infection. Inside are red spots kind of looks like a strep throat. Very painful. I have had it for about a year. Been tested for all stds. I recently had very bad ear infection was put on amoxa for 12 days 2 tabs per day. The redness almost disapeared, along with the discharge. What do I have.
