What Causes Severe White Discharge After Putting Copper-t?

hi doctor, i am a 33y old mother of 2. I had 2 sesiors for child birth& 2 abbortions. now i am using copper-t as a conterceptive. I am getting sever white discharge regularly. I got pepsemer test done & there s no infection. Pl. help me in this problem
