What Causes Shaking In Knees And Calf While Recovering From Stroke?

My cousin diabetic 76 years old had a stroke in rehab. Back to normal except his knees and calf will shake causing him to fall when walking. No one knows what is causing this . Do you have a clue? I am trying to find some inf. on computer for him, Thank You
