What Causes Shaking Of Body In A Heart And Kidney Failure Patient?

My mother has heart and kidney failure. After various serious near death incidents, she stabilised a little but has now started shaking a lot to the point my father has had to hold her until it passes. It cant just be due to low blood pressure. What does the shaking mean?
