What Causes Sharp Breast Pain, Delay In Periods And Acne Problem?

Hello, I have a question about some symptoms im having.. Recently I ve been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and PCOS. Told me my chances of pregnancy were not the best in the world due to that. Well my husband and i have unprotected sex and are not not trying or trying either. It s okay with us either way. I ve not been worried about it or thinking about it so I know it s not all in my head because I mostly accepted that I wouldn t be able to get pregnant until I got my problems under control. The part that has me a bit concerned is that out of nowhere I started having VERY sharp pains in my breasts for about 4-5 days now, very intense hunger no matter how much I eat I seem to always be able to eat more. My period is 1 month and 6 days late and I have been exhausted. My skin has broken out with a lot of acne consistently for 3 weeks now, which normally ONLY happens 2-3 days before my expected period. This all started happening a bit over a week ago. More intense now and all very unpleasant. I m not able to see a doctor right now, so any real explanations would be greatly appreciated. I m so confused. Thanks!
