What Causes Sharp Breast Pain With Mouth Bleeding?

Last Friday I bent to pick a folder from the settee and felt a sudden sharp pain under right breast which made me scream loud and a taste of blood in my mouth (like after having a tooth taken out) which lasted a whole night and day. Do I have to worry? 53 yo female teetotal, smoker.
