What Causes Sharp Chest Pain With Abdominal Discomfort?

I have sharp chest pain with abdominal discomfort. My hands & lips are numb with a stiff sore neck & pounding headache along with diarrhea. Also muscle weakness/tingling in legs and feet. I have to low of potassium levels in the past and think that might be the cause.
