What Causes Sharp Chest Pain,sweating And Weakness After Taking Birth Control Pills?

I've been looking online at swallow syncope, which says it's rare, but it seems that many many people have experienced it. This morning I took a swig of Dr. Pepper with my morning birth control pill and almost passed out. I had a sharp pain in my chest and started sweating and feeling weak. My fiance freaked out and threatened to call an ambulance. I sat down and felt much better, but the pain was so sharp and like a rock. I could barely breathe. I'm only 23 years old, 5 feet tall, 130 lbs. Never have had any medical problems. Is this something I should be worried about?
