What Causes Sharp Head Pain On Sneezing And Coughing?

Im not sick but anytime i sneeze or cough or push outwards in anyway i get a sharp pain in my head. Top of my head but Closer to my temple. Any chance you might know what i can do to try to get rid of the pain i already took 1 Tylenol but it did not help very much
