What Causes Sharp Headaches Along With Dizziness And Abdominal Cramps?

Hi Yesterday I started with sharp headaches and dizziness and by last night severe upper abdominal cramping. When this happens I burn up, feel dizzy and my heart is racing. This morning I have the same symptoms but with diarreah. I am currently on my monthly which started with lower abdominal cramping a couple of days ago so I don t feel it has anything to do with this. As for possible food poisoning, I asked someone if they felt ok and they are fine.. So it rules that one out. Any idea what this could be? Many thanks Donna
