What Causes Sharp Headaches Along With Dizzy Spells And Sweating?

I ve been experiencing sharp headaches, pinpointed in one spot for a few days. Today, I m light-headed, dizzy, and sweating. These symptoms seem to go with hypoglycemia but I just checked my blood sugar and it s actually kind of high. I have no clue what s going on.
