What Causes Sharp Kidney Pains Observed During Sneezing And Coughing?

Two weeks ago I started having sharp pains in both kidneys every time I sneeze or cough,and I have been feeling Very poorly as well since this all began. I m 48 and have been battling heart problems for the last 12 years, and had quad bypass surgery 5 years ago! Is this something to be concerned about,or just normal symptoms to chronic heart disease?
