What Causes Sharp Lower Back Pain?

Hi I been having a really sharp pain on my lower back. I would say my tailbone, and I also started having brown discharge and a bit of cramping. A month ago I was giving antibiotics for the same thing. But the pain this time is twice stronger. Why does this happen?
