What Causes Sharp Pain And Burning Sensation In Penis?

i doctor, i am a 20yrs boy i have a slight sharp pain or burning sensation at the tip of my penis which goes away when i pee i mean when i go pee atlist it feel a relief. But after sometime like 10min it comes back. Im on amoxillin antibiotics but i think they aint that much solving this. Im so worried.
