What Causes Sharp Pain At The Back Of Head Radiating To Neck?

Hi past 3 weeks I have a pain all over my head and neck iv been to doctors and have had blood tests done awaiting results But past couple of days been getting sharp pain right back of head and I have a lump under skin on head very painful to touch but feels soft also got pain over both eyes . Wondering what it could be
