What Causes Sharp Pain At The Joint Of The Left Hip?

Hi...Hey Docs.... I'm 26 years old male, and I ain't never had a broken bone or played sports.... but um... 2 days ago we had 16" of snow here; I went grocery shopping everything was fine until I got home and sat down....now, I'm a having a sharp pain right at the joint of my left hip...it hurts to get in and out of the car..... what is this?
