What Causes Sharp Pain Below Breast?

Two nights ago I had an intense sharp pain just below my left breast every movement hurt it felt like muscle spasm I stepped thru the pain of moving and lay down.pressing the area helped and it gradually subsided till I could sleep next morning I just felt immensely weary but otherwise ok have had this on 3occasions in past 12 months
